Lancet Case Silver Gilt and MOP Lancets
 
A superb silver gilt lancet case dating to the mid 19th century. Ornately carved and with French Hallmarks on the lid and body (which are hard to read). The thumb lancets are also of superior quality, made of mother-of-pearl and with gold rivets.
