A stunning mid 19th C mother of pearl lancet case with four mother of pearl lancets. The case is in mint condition and is cover in ornately engraved MOP scenes. The front panel has a blank cartouche. The hinge and latch are firm and work perfectly. The case is bound with silver trim and there are decorative silver pins on the latch side of the case. The mother of pearl lancets are in good condition and are signed by various makers. Dimensions 75 x 35 x 19 mm.
